★ Flip Knife | Doppler (Ruby) covers the blade in a deep, saturated red with darker marbled swirls running through it. In Factory New the candy coat sits as one unbroken layer, so the red keeps its glassy depth from the base of the blade to the point. The olive textured handle with red screws stays calm and lets the blade carry the colour.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.
Appearance in Factory New
The whole blade, from the curved back-swept point to the serrated section near the pivot, is painted in rich red with darker crimson marbling under a glossy candy coat. The sharpened edge shows a thin bright line of bare steel that frames the red surface. The pivot area carries red accents, including the screws and the thumb hole surround, while the grip is olive grey with diagonal ridges and a fine texture, edged in red along the bottom. The red shade is consistent across the blade, with only the marbled pattern changing from copy to copy. On worn copies the point of the blade and the serrated spine lose paint first, followed by the edges near the pivot.
At Factory New the blade shows no visible scratches, and the candy coat keeps its gloss across the full length. The point and the serrated spine are as clean as the flat of the blade. In game the knife reads as a uniform glossy red at any distance. The handle and red pivot details look untouched as well.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The whole float range of ★ Flip Knife | Doppler Ruby is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

What to look at before you buy
- Inspect the point and the serrated spine in close view, since that is where marks show first.
- Look at where the float sits within the wear range, as a low float in Minimal Wear can look almost identical to Factory New.
- Compare the marbled pattern on the blade, because the dark swirls are placed differently on each copy.
- Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ or has a name tag if either matters to you.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Collectors who want the red finish with no marks at all, even on close inspection.
- Players who often inspect their knife and want the gloss to stay perfect.
- Conclusion: the choice for those who want the cleanest version of this knife.
