Skin overview

This wear keeps the smoky, sun-dappled look of Scorched almost unchanged, with only small specks of bare steel close to the tip and the cutting edge. Because the pattern is already mottled, those marks blend into the camouflage and are hard to spot in game. It offers nearly the full appearance of the cleanest grade on the same Huntsman silhouette.

The blade is covered in a spray-painted, sun-dappled camouflage of smoky grey, off-white and pale blue-grey patches, with darker sooty smudges near the spine and the tip. The pattern runs across the whole blade, including the serrated spine, the long fuller groove and the tanto point, while the guard ring keeps a muted steel-grey tone.

Small specks of bare steel appear at the tip and in spots along the cutting edge. The serration teeth may show the first light rubbing. At normal distance the marks merge with the mottled pattern and are hardly noticeable. The fuller area, the centre of the blade and the guard stay clean.
