★ M9 Bayonet | Freehand covers the blade in deep purple and black with silver marker doodles, lettering and loose shapes drawn across it. In Factory New the purple is even and saturated, and the thin metallic lines stay sharp against the dark base. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the drawing exactly as intended, with no scratches breaking the lines.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade is anodized in a vivid violet with black areas along the spine and near the guard, and the whole surface is covered with silver-white marker doodles: block lettering, circles, swirls and small shapes. The sawback teeth on the spine stay silver and break the pattern with a clean row of metal. The crossguard and the muzzle ring carry the same dark base with metallic scribbles, while the grip is plain black with grey segments and a steel pommel. On worn copies the purple is lost first at the tip and along the cutting edge, then on the flat of the blade, while the dark spine area and the grip hold up longest.

The anodized purple is uniform from tip to guard, with no breaks in the colour. All marker lines are crisp and the black areas near the spine look deep and solid. In game the blade reads as bright violet with clear white doodles at any distance. Nothing on the blade, guard or grip shows wear.
