This wear keeps the look that defines Crimson Web: a red base with a dark web pattern running over the small, tapered blade. At Minimal Wear any marks are limited to fine traces along the cutting edge and are hard to notice in the hand. It is the grade for buyers who want an almost clean knife without chasing the very top of the range.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The blade is painted deep red with a thin dark spider-web pattern laid over it by hydrographic print, and the same finish continues onto the front of the handle around the pivot and the small thumb lug. A dark pivot screw and a small pin sit in the red section, while the curved rear grip is a separate plain grey slab with a single screw near its end.
Fine scratches may appear along the cutting edge and right at the tip. The flat of the blade, the spine and the red section around the pivot remain clean. In game the difference from Factory New is practically invisible at normal viewing distance. The web pattern stays sharp everywhere.

What to check before buying
- The Factory New range for this skin is very narrow, so check the exact float to see where the copy sits.
- Look at how the web lines fall on the blade, since their placement differs between copies and some layouts look cleaner.
- On worn copies inspect the tip and cutting edge first, as that is where steel shows through earliest.
- Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it has a name tag.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Buyers who inspect the knife in game rather than up close in screenshots.
- A sensible choice for an almost pristine Crimson Web.
