Skin overview

★ Bowie Knife | Gamma Doppler (Phase 4) is a large sawback knife whose blade is covered in a marbled candy coat of cyan, teal and green. Phase 4 leans toward cool blue-green tones with pale, almost white-blue highlights near the tip. In Factory New the coating is glossy and unbroken, so the marbling stays sharp across the whole blade, the spine teeth included.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade carries the whole finish: a marbled coat that shifts from deep teal patches near the spine to bright cyan in the middle and a pale blue-white zone toward the tip, with green tints running through the pattern. The sawback teeth on the spine are painted in the same marble and catch light as a row of small bright points.

The candy coat is complete from the guard to the tip, with no visible scratches on the blade or the sawback. Low floats in this grade look perfectly glossy even in close inspection. In game the blade reads as a clean, bright blue-green surface at any distance. The handle and the green fittings show no marks either.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Bowie Knife | Gamma Doppler Phase 4 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Compare the pattern on the inspect screen, since the balance of dark teal, bright cyan and green differs between copies.
  • Check the tip and the sawback teeth, as these are the first places where the coat shows marks.
  • Look at the float position within the grade, because Minimal Wear copies near the lower edge look almost identical to Factory New.
  • See whether there is a name tag and whether the copy is StatTrak™ if that matters to you.

Who the Factory New quality suits

  • Collectors who want the blue-green marble without a single mark.
  • Players who inspect their knife often and notice small details on the tip and spine.
  • Factory New suits those who want the cleanest version of this phase.
