Skin overview

★ Flip Knife | Doppler (Phase 2) pairs a back-swept Persian-style blade with a candy-coated marbled finish in pink, magenta and deep purple. In Factory New the coat runs unbroken from the acute point to the serrations, so the colour transitions look smooth and glossy. This is the grade for buyers who want the marbling exactly as the finish was meant to look.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The finish covers the whole blade: bright pink and magenta areas blend into darker purple and near-black marbled veins, with lighter patches catching the light along the flat. The serrated section near the base carries the same colouring, and the small pivot screw is tinted pink to match.

The candy coat is intact across the entire blade, including the point and the serrations. Colour transitions between pink and purple look clean and glossy with no dull spots. In game the blade reads as a vivid pink-violet shape against the green handle at any distance. Lower floats within the grade simply keep the surface as pristine as the finish allows.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Flip Knife | Doppler Phase 2 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the pattern on both sides of the blade, since the share of pink versus dark purple varies between copies.
  • Check the float within the grade, especially on Minimal Wear copies, where higher values bring more marks at the tip.
  • Inspect the point and the serrations up close, as these are the first places where the coat fades.
  • Confirm whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you are happy with.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the marbling with no marks at all.
  • Players who inspect their knife often and notice small details on the tip.
  • Buyers choosing a specific pink-heavy or darker pattern for the long term.
  • In short: the grade for those who want the finish untouched.
