Skin overview

The Phase 2 Doppler on the Flip Knife is recognised by its pink and purple marble swirls set against the olive-green textured handle. In Minimal Wear the candy coat may show faint marks near the point and along the edge, but the colours stay saturated and the pattern reads almost the same as on a fresh copy. It suits buyers who want this look at a slightly lower grade without visible damage in hand.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The finish covers the whole blade: bright pink and magenta areas blend into darker purple and near-black marbled veins, with lighter patches catching the light along the flat. The serrated section near the base carries the same colouring, and the small pivot screw is tinted pink to match.

Light marks can appear at the very tip and in places along the cutting edge, with the serration teeth being the next spot to lose a little shine. The flat of the blade keeps its full colour and marbling. At normal viewing distance in game the difference from Factory New is hard to notice, and it shows mainly when inspecting the knife up close. The handle and pivot detail look the same as on a clean copy.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08

The float of ★ StatTrak™ Flip Knife | Doppler Phase 2 ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the pattern on both sides of the blade, since the share of pink versus dark purple varies between copies.
  • Check the float within the grade, especially on Minimal Wear copies, where higher values bring more marks at the tip.
  • Inspect the point and the serrations up close, as these are the first places where the coat fades.
  • Confirm whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you are happy with.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want the Phase 2 look in game and do not mind faint marks seen only up close.
  • Buyers looking for a lower entry point into this knife and finish.
  • Those who pick a copy by pattern first and accept a slightly higher float.
  • In short: almost the same view in hand at a more relaxed grade.
