Skin overview

★ Huntsman Knife | Doppler (Phase 4) is a Tanto-point knife covered in a candy-coated marble finish where deep blue dominates, with purple tints and pale silver clouds drifting across the blade. In Factory New the coating is at its glossiest, so the depth of the blue and the soft transitions in the marble come through fully. This is the grade for buyers who want the finish exactly as it was designed.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The blade is covered in a marbled Doppler pattern where deep blue dominates, with purple tones near the spine and pale silver-white clouds running toward the Tanto tip. A thin fuller groove runs along the blade, and the serrated teeth on the spine pick up darker blue-black streaks.

The candy coat is fully intact on the blade, guard and spine. The blue keeps its full gloss and the silver clouds stay crisp against the darker areas. Even close up on the inspect screen there are no visible scratches on the edge or tip. The handle and its blue fittings look completely clean.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Huntsman Knife | Doppler Phase 4 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Inspect the pattern, since the share of bright blue versus dark and silver areas on the blade differs between copies.
  • Check the float position within the range, as copies at the clean end look more glossy on close inspection.
  • On Minimal Wear copies look at the edge, the tip and the serrations, where the first marks appear.
  • Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag if either matters to you.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the glossiest version of the blue marble.
  • Players who often use the inspect animation and want no visible marks.
  • Conclusion: the choice for a flawless finish.
