Skin overview

This Huntsman Knife carries the Gamma Doppler finish in its Phase 1 palette, where pale blue and white marbling mixes with green-teal accents near the spine and guard. In Minimal Wear the same palette is kept, and any marks are small and mostly at the point and edge. It costs less than a Factory New copy while showing nearly the same colours in hand.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The whole blade, including the sawback teeth on the spine and the fuller line, is covered in a marbled swirl of white, pale blue and violet-blue with patches of teal and green. The green tones gather near the spine and the area above the guard, while the edge and tanto point lean toward lighter blue and white.

Small specks of bare metal can appear at the very tip of the tanto point and along the cutting edge. The spine teeth may show slight thinning of colour on copies near the upper end of the range. The flat of the blade, the guard and the marbled pattern stay clean. In game these marks are hard to see without inspecting the knife closely.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Huntsman Knife | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the pattern on the inspect screen, since the balance of green, blue and white on the blade changes from copy to copy.
  • Check the tip of the point and the cutting edge, where the coating goes first.
  • On Minimal Wear copies compare the float position within the range, as low floats look practically identical to Factory New.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you want to keep.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want the same blue, white and teal look for less money.
  • Buyers who do not mind tiny marks at the tip that are hard to see in game.
  • A sensible entry into this knife and phase without paying for a perfect blade.
