Skin overview

★ Karambit | Bright Water is a curved knife covered in a blue camouflage hydrographic of navy, mid-blue and pale icy patches. In Factory New the camo patches keep sharp borders and the blue tones stay even from the tip of the blade to the finger ring. Only the thin cutting edge shows bare steel, so the knife reads as a deep blue shape in hand.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Factory New

The curved blade is fully covered in a hydrographic camo of navy, medium blue and pale icy-blue blotches, with a thin silver cutting edge along the inner curve. The handle is a dark charcoal grip with deep finger grooves, framed by blue textured inset panels that echo the blade colour.

The camo covers the whole blade and ring with no visible scratches, and the border between the paint and the sharpened edge is clean. Navy, blue and pale patches keep full contrast. In game and in the inspect animation the knife looks uniform from every angle. The handle and its blue panels look new.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Karambit | Bright Water is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 13% dearer than the regular one.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check the float position within the wear grade, since a low float keeps more paint on the tip and edge.
  • Look at the tip and spine of the blade in the inspect view, where scratches appear first.
  • Compare the camo placement on the blade, as the hydrographic falls slightly differently from copy to copy.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you want to keep.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the camo with full contrast and no visible marks.
  • Players who build an inventory around blue tones and want a clean centrepiece.
  • The pick for a buyer who wants this karambit in its cleanest form.
