Skin overview

★ Karambit | Doppler (Phase 1) is a curved claw-shaped knife with a candy-coated marbled finish in deep blue and violet, broken up by pale silver clouds and a touch of magenta near the guard. In Factory New the coating reads as a continuous glassy layer, so the colour transitions stay smooth from the spine to the edge. This is the grade for buyers who want the finish exactly as it was painted.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade carries the full Doppler finish: deep blue and violet tones swirled with pale silver-blue clouds, shifting to magenta and pink close to the guard. The marbling is irregular, so dark and light areas sit in different places from copy to copy.

In Factory New the candy coat is intact across the blade, the tip and the finger ring. Copies near the upper edge of the range can show a barely visible speck at the very tip, but it does not affect the overall look. At normal distance in game the blade reads as a clean blue-violet surface with bright silver highlights. The handle has no paint to lose and looks the same in every grade.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Karambit | Doppler Phase 1 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the screenshot of the specific copy, since the placement of dark blue, violet and silver areas differs from pattern to pattern.
  • Check the blade tip and the cutting edge, where the first marks appear.
  • Note the float position within the grade, as Minimal Wear copies sit just above Factory New.
  • Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it has a name tag, as both change how the item is listed.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want an untouched blade and a clean tip.
  • Players who often use the inspect animation and want the colours at their brightest.
  • Conclusion: the grade for those who will not compromise on condition.
