Skin overview

Boreal Forest turns the Nomad Knife into a plain field tool painted in soft forest camouflage. Field-Tested copies show scuffs on the blade and the handle frame, but the camo blotches remain readable and the overall colour scheme stays intact. For a camouflage finish this kind of wear looks natural rather than damaged.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The broad blade is covered in irregular camouflage blotches of olive, dark khaki, pale yellow-green and mint green over a light grey-beige base, while the polished cutting edge shows bare steel. The handle frame and bolster are painted in the same light beige-grey, with a row of holes, a green pivot screw and small green accents.

Scratches spread along the spine, tip and cutting edge, and light scuffs appear on the raised edges of the handle frame. The lighter yellow-green and mint blotches start to look slightly faded. In game the pattern is still clearly visible and the wear blends into the camouflage. The centre of the blade and the green grip insert still look relatively clean.
