Skin overview

This ★ Ursus Knife | Forest DDPAT combines a straight tanto blade with a woodland pixel camouflage and a dotted olive grip. In Field-Tested the pattern holds over most of the blade, while the tip and cutting edge start to show bare steel. The light scuffs suit the field-knife character and are hard to tell apart from the camouflage itself at a glance.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The tanto blade is covered with a digital camouflage of small square blocks in tan, beige, olive green, dark green and dark brown, applied as a hydrographic over the faceted steel. The pattern runs from the angled tip to the guard, including the serrated section near the handle.

Bare steel appears at the tip, along the cutting edge and on the serrated teeth, with light scratches spreading onto the facets. The pixel pattern still covers most of the blade surface. In game the scuffs are noticeable on close inspect but blend into the camouflage during normal play. The olive handle looks the same as on cleaner grades.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Ursus Knife | Forest DDPAT is 0.06–0.8; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (31% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low value in the same grade means a cleaner tip and edge.
  • Inspect the tip, the cutting edge and the serrations, as these parts lose paint first.
  • Look at the centre of the blade on worn copies to see how much of the pixel pattern is left.
  • Check for a name tag and decide whether a StatTrak™ counter matters to you.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

  • Players who want a camouflage knife that looks used but keeps most of its pattern.
  • Buyers who like a field-tool look where light scuffs fit the style.
  • Conclusion: a balanced middle option for everyday play.
