Show allAllSkin overview
Night Stripe is a spray-paint finish, so heavy wear strips it down towards the steel underneath. In Battle-Scarred large areas of the blade show bare metal, and the blue-grey stripes survive mainly near the guard and in the middle of the flat. The grip keeps its dark tone, so the knife still reads as Night Stripe in hand.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The blade is a tanto shape with a straight edge and a short serrated section near the guard, painted dark slate blue with wide, softly sprayed lighter stripes running diagonally across the flat. The pattern comes from tape masking, so the stripes have straight but slightly blurred borders.
Large parts of the blade are stripped to metal, and the stripes remain mostly in the middle of the flat and near the guard. The edge, tip, serrations and spine are almost fully bare. The guard and pommel are noticeably scuffed, while the textured grip keeps much of its dark colour. The range in this grade is wide, so cleaner copies keep far more paint than the most worn ones.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.8
The float of ★ StatTrak™ Ursus Knife | Night Stripe ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.8 — 47% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear grade, since paint loss on the edge and tip grows noticeably inside Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
- Look at the tip, the serrations and the cutting edge on the inspect screen, as these parts lose paint first.
- Compare how much of the striped pattern remains on the flat of the blade on worn copies.
- Decide whether you want StatTrak™ or a name tag, since the skin exists in both regular and StatTrak™ versions.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Players who want the knife model first and accept heavy paint loss.
- Fans of a rough, heavily used field-knife look.
- The most affordable way into this skin, best chosen by comparing remaining paint.
