Show allAllSkin overview
This is the same Ruby Doppler finish on the Survival Knife, at the upper edge of a very short float range. The red still fills the blade, and the dark marbling stays as the main texture. Small marks, if any, sit near the tip and are hard to spot outside close inspection.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The blade carries the full Ruby finish: a saturated red candy coat over black and silver marbling, which shows through as darker cloudy veins. The red runs across the flat of the blade, around the long cutout, the gut hook and the serrated section near the guard, where the silver teeth stay visible.
Light scuffs may appear on the tip and along the blade edge, the parts that wear first. The flat of the blade and the area around the cutout normally stay clean. In game the difference from Factory New is hard to notice during play, mostly visible on inspect. The grip still looks unchanged.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.08
The float of ★ Survival Knife | Doppler Ruby ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
It drops from Fever Case as a rare special item.
StatTrak™ version
There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at the tip of the blade in inspect, as that is where marks show first.
- Compare the amount and placement of dark marbling, since it differs between copies and changes how bright the red looks.
- Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag you want to keep.
- Note where the float sits in its grade, as a cleaner Minimal Wear copy looks closer to Factory New.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want the Ruby look in play and accept small marks visible only on close inspect.
- Buyers who prefer to spend less than on Factory New for nearly the same appearance.
- A practical way to own the Ruby phase with almost no visual trade-off.
