Skin overview
Sunset Storm 弐 is built on a warm red metallic base with a darker hydrographic of rolling waves and figures on the slide and grip. In Field-Tested the overall red still holds, while the edges and the front of the slide begin to show visible scuffs that break up the smooth shine. At normal play distance the pistol still reads as a deep red Desert Eagle.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The whole pistol is coated in a red metallic base, and a darker red hydrographic of a stormy sea runs over the slide, frame and grip. The slide shows rolling wave lines and a painted figure near the rear, while the grip carries a larger figure surrounded by leaf-like shapes.
Scuffs become visible along the front of the slide, the top edges and the corners of the frame. The metallic sheen is broken in these spots, and some wave lines lose their sharpness. At normal distance the pistol still reads as rich red. The centre of the slide sides and most of the grip still look tidy.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm 弐 is 0–0.75; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (31% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin

Which stickers suit it
Red, dark gold and black stickers blend well with the red metallic base and keep the subtle look intact. Placing stickers on the flat side of the slide avoids covering the figure on the grip.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the front of the slide and the edges show the difference first.
- Inspect the grip figure and the slide detail, as the subtle pattern loses readability quickly with wear.
- Check whether the copy is a Souvenir version, because it comes with its own applied stickers.
- Look at any stickers or name tag and decide whether they fit the red colour scheme.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who mostly see the pistol at play distance, where it still reads as rich red.
- Buyers who want the skin at a moderate entry level.
- A practical choice for everyday use.
