Skin overview

FAMAS | Valence dresses the rifle in dark gunmetal grey with thin red lines and orange-red accents that follow the shape of the body. In Factory New the red lines stay sharp and continuous, and the orange details on the charging handle and barrel keep their full saturation. This grade shows the design exactly as it was drawn.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver and the long carry handle are finished in dark gunmetal grey, crossed by thin red lines that run along the contours like circuit traces. The charging handle and the bolt rod are bright orange-red, and an orange honeycomb-like band sits along the side of the body above the trigger guard. The barrel is wrapped in alternating orange and black stripes, while the stock carries angular red line patterns over the same dark base. The pistol grip has red outlines, and the magazine is left in a plain metallic grey. On worn copies the paint goes first from the top of the carry handle, the edges of the stock, the flash hider and the magazine lips, where the red lines fade and bare metal shows through.

The surface is clean, with no scuffs on the carry handle or stock edges. Every red line is continuous and the orange stripes on the barrel are fully saturated. At normal distance in game the rifle looks crisp, with clear contrast between grey and red. Nothing on the weapon reads as used.
