Skin overview

In Battle-Scarred the map band survives only as scattered fragments of red, yellow and green on the receiver. The dark scope, stock and barrel look much as they do in cleaner grades, so the rifle keeps its silhouette while the artwork is largely gone. This is the most weathered take on the skin.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The base of the rifle is dark grey with an olive tint: barrel, handguard, scope, pistol grip, stock and magazine stay in this muted colour. The artwork sits on the receiver as a horizontal band of red, pink, yellow and green patches separated by thin dark lines, resembling zones on a tactical map.

Most of the map artwork is worn away, leaving scattered fragments of colour on the receiver. Grey metal dominates the receiver and the area around the magazine well. At normal distance the rifle looks mostly dark with a few faint colour marks. The scope and stock keep their dark finish with visible scuffs on the edges.
