Show allAllSkin overview
Galil AR | Sandstorm in Battle-Scarred keeps its beige and purple palette only in broken fragments. Large areas of dark base show through on the receiver, handguard and magazine, so the rifle looks sand-blasted rather than painted. It is the most affordable way to get this pattern.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The receiver and handguard are covered in a light beige to peach base with purple streaks flowing along the length of the rifle. The magazine carries long vertical bands of purple over sand colour, and the pistol grip is mostly purple.
Heavy wear covers the handguard, receiver and magazine, leaving the pattern in patches. The stock and grip carry noticeable scratches and dark spots too. In game the rifle reads as rough and faded, with the purple and beige seen mainly as broken shapes. Only parts of the stock sides still look relatively whole.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.6
The whole float range of Galil AR | Sandstorm is 0.1–0.6; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.6 segment (30% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep the beige brighter.
- Look at the handguard edges and magazine, which lose paint first.
- Compare screenshots of several copies, as the hydrographic print places the purple streaks differently.
- Check any applied stickers or name tag if you plan your own craft.
