Skin overview

M4A1-S | Cyrex is a Covert rifle finish built on a high-tech scheme of black, white and red, with bright red blocks on the magazine, grip and suppressor set against a dark body. In Factory New the contrast is at its sharpest: the red reads saturated, the white panels stay clean and the small markings on the suppressor are crisp. This grade is for buyers who want the artwork exactly as designed.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The suppressor is dark grey with a red section near its base carrying small white markings, and the barrel behind it is red up to the black ribbed handguard. The receiver is black with white and red panels and a small white emblem, while the carry handle has a thin red accent. The magazine is red with a white graphic and the pistol grip is solid red; the stock stays black. On worn copies the paint goes first on the suppressor body, the lower edge of the magazine and the edges of the receiver panels, then on the red barrel section and the grip.

No visible wear on any part of the rifle. The red on the suppressor, barrel, magazine and grip is even and saturated, and the white panels are clean. Small markings on the suppressor and the receiver emblem are fully legible. In game the rifle looks exactly as on the preview.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The float of M4A1-S | Cyrex ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 14% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
