StatTrak™ M4A1-S | Cyrex (Factory New)

Skin overview

M4A1-S | Cyrex is a Covert rifle finish built on a high-tech scheme of black, white and red, with bright red blocks on the magazine, grip and suppressor set against a dark body. In Factory New the contrast is at its sharpest: the red reads saturated, the white panels stay clean and the small markings on the suppressor are crisp. This grade is for buyers who want the artwork exactly as designed.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The suppressor is dark grey with a red section near its base carrying small white markings, and the barrel behind it is red up to the black ribbed handguard. The receiver is black with white and red panels and a small white emblem, while the carry handle has a thin red accent.

No visible wear on any part of the rifle. The red on the suppressor, barrel, magazine and grip is even and saturated, and the white panels are clean. Small markings on the suppressor and the receiver emblem are fully legible. In game the rifle looks exactly as on the preview.

What it costs in each quality

Among 8 skins of the M4A1-S in the Covert grade and this quality, this skin ranks 6th by price, counting from the dearest.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 20% dearer than the regular one.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in red, white, black or holographic silver fit the Cyrex scheme best. Placements on the black parts of the receiver and the handguard read cleanly against the dark base without covering the red artwork.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within its wear grade, since lower values keep the suppressor and magazine noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the suppressor and the bottom of the magazine first, as these parts show wear before the rest of the rifle.
• Look at applied stickers and their condition, because they can clash with the red and white panels.
• Decide whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir version, as both exist for this skin.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the red and white panels in perfect condition.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a matching red-white-black theme.
• In short, the choice for the full intended look.
