Skin overview

MAC-10 | Candy Apple is an Industrial Grade finish that paints the upper receiver of the SMG a solid glossy red, leaving the grip, magazine and stock in dark grey and black. In Factory New the red reads as one even, unbroken surface with sharp edges along the ribbed top. It is the cleanest form of a simple two-tone look.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The upper receiver is painted solid red from the muzzle end to the rear, including the ribbed top cover, the side cut-outs and the cocking area. The folding wire stock and the sling remain in plain grey, so the red block stands out as the only bright element. There is no pattern: the finish relies entirely on flat colour contrast. On worn copies the paint goes first on the front and rear edges of the receiver, the top ribs and the corners around the cut-outs.

The red paint covers the receiver completely with no visible scratches. The ribs on the top cover and the edges around the side cut-outs keep a crisp, even colour. The grey grip and magazine look uniform. In game the weapon shows as a clean red block in your hands.
