Show allAllSkin overview
Nova | Hyper Beast keeps its neon creature artwork even at the bottom grade, because the skin's float range ends before the heaviest values. Battle-Scarred copies show clear chipping along edges, the barrel and the pump, but the bright green and pink patches remain visible in game. It is the cheapest way to carry this artwork.
Item type: shotgun. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The barrel is mostly dark grey with neon green and pink streaks running toward the receiver, while the muzzle stays dark. The receiver carries the densest part of the artwork, with magenta, red and green shapes forming the beast's body.
Heavy chipping covers the barrel, the pump and most edges of the receiver. The stock shows clear wear along its outline and grip. Because the float range ends early, the brightest patches on the receiver and stock still survive and read in game. The artwork looks rough rather than erased.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.6
The float of Nova | Hyper Beast ranges from 0 to 0.6; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.6 — 25% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Wildfire Collection with 16 skins in total.
It drops from Operation Wildfire Case.
StatTrak™ and Souvenir
There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills. Right now it is 2.4× dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Neon green, pink and holo stickers blend with the artwork, while dark or black stickers sit well on the grey barrel. Placing them along the barrel keeps the beast on the receiver uncovered.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the low end look noticeably cleaner on the pump and muzzle.
- Look at the top edge of the receiver and the pump, as these lose paint first.
- See whether stickers or a name tag are applied and whether they suit your taste.
- Decide between the regular, StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions before comparing offers.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Budget players entering the skin at its lowest price.
- Fans of heavily worn weapons.
- The cheapest way to own the artwork in a still readable form.
