Skin overview

P250 | Copper Oxide is a two-tone pistol finish: a rose gold, copper-like slide over a pale blue frame. In Factory New both colours are even and unbroken, so the contrast between the warm top and the cool lower half is as clean as it gets. It is a quiet, tidy look rather than a loud one.

Item type: pistol. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Factory New

The slide is painted a solid rose gold with a copper, slightly reddish tone, including the muzzle face and the rear serrations. The frame, trigger guard and grip are a pale blue, close to mint, with the textured grip panel in the same colour. Small controls such as the slide stop, takedown lever and trigger, along with the magazine base, pick up the copper tone and tie the two halves together. There is no pattern, only the clean split between warm top and cool bottom. On worn copies the paint goes first on the muzzle, slide edges and serrations, the front of the frame, the beavertail and the magazine base, where darker metal shows through.

Both colours are complete, with no chips on the muzzle, slide edges or frame. The pale blue frame looks uniformly smooth and the copper slide keeps an even sheen. At normal distance in game the pistol reads as a crisp two-tone piece. Everything on the weapon looks clean.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The float of P250 | Copper Oxide ranges from 0 to 0.65; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 11% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in copper, gold, teal or pale blue tones blend well with the two-colour scheme. Placing them on the pale blue frame gives the most contrast, while warm metallic stickers on the slide area keep the look restrained.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since chips on the light frame become noticeable quickly as wear grows.
  • Look at the muzzle, slide edges and front of the frame, as these lose paint first.
  • There is no pattern on this finish, so copies of the same wear differ only by float, stickers and name tag.
  • On Souvenir copies, check the condition and placement of the applied stickers.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the copper and pale blue split in its cleanest form.
  • Sticker crafters who need an unblemished light frame as a base.
  • The choice for those who value a flawless two-tone finish.
