Skin overview

In Well-Worn the P90 | Straight Dimes looks like a tool that has seen long service: the dark coating thins and lighter metal shows through on many edges. The weld seams become less distinct against the scuffed panels, yet the overall gunmetal tone holds. It suits players who like a battered, utilitarian look.

Item type: smg. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The whole body of the P90 is finished in dark gunmetal grey with a fine mottled, grainy texture that imitates rough sheet metal. Light, polished seam lines run along the panel joints of the shell, around the openings of the grip and along the top rail, giving the look of parts welded together.

Scratches spread from the edges onto the larger panels of the shell, and the barrel and sights show plenty of bare metal. The weld seams blur into the scuffed surface in several places. In game the P90 looks noticeably battered but keeps its dark grey tone. The middle of the side panels still holds much of the grainy coating.

Stickers and crafts

The dark monochrome body works well with metallic, holo or gold stickers that pick up the steel highlights. Single bright accents in red or orange stand out strongly against the grey grain. The flat side panel of the shell is the most visible spot for placement.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies near the cleaner end show fewer marks on the edges.
  • Look at the edges of the shell, the grip openings and the sights, as these lose coating first.
  • Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so check whether they suit you before buying.
  • Check for any name tag or stickers that change the look of this plain finish.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Players who like a battered, long-serving look on their weapon.
  • Budget buyers who want something more than the default P90.
  • A choice for those who value character over cleanliness.
