Show allAllSkin overview
This is the Gunsmith-style R8 with a bone-white sculpted grip and a gunmetal frame covered in fine texture. At Minimal Wear the finish is almost indistinguishable from a fresh copy at normal viewing distance. Any change shows up only as a faint light touch on the sharpest steel edges.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The barrel, top rail, frame and cylinder are finished in a dark gunmetal tone with a teal-grey cast, covered in fine crosshatch and scroll-like engraving that catches light at the edges. The lower rail under the barrel and the trigger guard follow the same dark textured finish.
Tiny light marks may appear on the muzzle tip and the sharpest edges of the top rail. The cylinder, frame engraving and the whole grip still look untouched. At normal distance in game it reads the same as a fresh copy.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The float of R8 Revolver | Bone Forged ranges from 0 to 0.6; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 13% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Stickers and crafts
Muted stickers in black, silver, bone-white or deep teal sit well on the dark frame and echo the grip. Placing them on the barrel side or frame keeps the carved grip as the focal point.
What to check before buying
- Look at the muzzle, rails and cylinder edges in the inspect view, since these lose the dark coating first.
- Check how much contrast the bone grip keeps, as that is the main feature of the skin.
- Compare the float position within the wear grade, because low floats in Field-Tested can look close to Minimal Wear.
- Note any applied stickers, name tag, StatTrak™ or Souvenir status, since they change how the copy looks and who it suits.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafts where tiny edge marks do not matter.
- A sensible middle ground between appearance and cost.
