The frame and barrel are painted dark blue with a steel tint and covered in silver handwriting: LEGEND runs along the barrel shroud, with a crown, the word king and tally marks drawn near the cylinder. The cylinder, front sight and the area around the muzzle are painted red with a slightly coppery tone. The grip is light wood with a round blue emblem on its side. On worn copies the paint goes first on the muzzle, the edges of the cylinder, the top rail, the hammer and the trigger guard, then the silver lines start to fade on the flat sides of the frame.

The blue base, red cylinder and silver handwriting are intact across the whole revolver. Edges of the cylinder and the muzzle keep full colour. In game the lettering on the frame reads clearly in first-person view. Everything, including the wooden grip, looks clean.
