Skin overview

SCAR-20 | Cyrex is a high-tech finish in black, white and red: a dark gunmetal body, a light panel on the lower receiver and thin red accents running along the rifle. In Factory New the red lines stay sharp and the white scope tube has no marks, so the contrast reads exactly as designed.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver and handguard are painted dark gunmetal grey with panel lines, small markings and a thin red stripe along the side, while the barrel and top rail stay black. The lower receiver and magazine well carry a white panel with grey technical detailing, and the magazine and grip remain dark. The scope is the brightest part: a white tube with a black front bell framed by a red ring, mounted on red-accented rings. The stock repeats the dark grey with white lettering and a red strip near the butt. On worn copies the white panel, the scope tube and the sharp edges of the receiver lose paint first, and the thin red lines break up early because they sit on raised edges.

The white panel and scope tube are clean and even, with no visible scratches. The red ring on the scope and the red stripe on the receiver have crisp edges. In game the rifle looks sharp and bright against the dark body. Every marking on the stock and receiver is fully legible.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of SCAR-20 | Cyrex is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
