Show allAllSkin overview
Stone Mosaico is recognisable by its beige and slate tiles split by dark cracks, laid over the receiver, handguard and stock. In Field-Tested the paint begins to thin on edges and raised parts, but the cracked texture absorbs much of this, so the skin still reads as a full mosaic. This is the most balanced grade for those who want the pattern without paying for clean condition.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The tan cracked tile hydrographic covers the handguard, upper receiver, pistol grip and stock, with dark grey and slate stones outlined by thin black seams. The barrel, muzzle device, scope and top rail stay black, framing the beige mosaic on the body.
Wear spreads along the handguard edges, the stock corners and the bottom of the magazine, with small patches of dark metal showing. The beige tones start to look slightly faded in places. In game the pattern still reads as an intact stone mosaic, since the scratches blend with the cracks. Flat panels of the receiver and the middle of the stock stay mostly clean.
Field-Tested quality β float range 0.15β0.38
The whole float range of SCAR-20 | Stone Mosaico is 0.06β0.5; Field-Tested takes the 0.15β0.38 segment (52% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
SCAR-20 | Stone Mosaico belongs to The Canals Collection, which holds 18 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none β such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Among 7 skins of the SCAR-20 in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in sand, brown, olive and grey tones blend with the stone tiles for a calm desert look. Black or dark grey stickers placed on the receiver echo the black seams and the dark barrel. Bright colours stand out sharply against the tan pattern, so a single accent works better than several.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the Factory New band on this skin is very narrow.
- Inspect the handguard rail edges, stock corners and magazine base, as these lose paint first.
- On Souvenir copies, look at which pre-applied stickers the rifle carries and how worn they are.
- Note any name tag or applied stickers, which can change how the beige mosaic looks overall.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who want the full mosaic look in game at a sensible grade.
- Those who prefer that small scratches blend into the cracked texture.
- Conclusion: the most balanced option for everyday play.
