SG 553 | Gator Mesh is an Industrial Grade spray-paint finish for the terrorist-side scoped rifle, covering the gun in a yellow-green scaled mesh over an olive base. In Factory New every cell of the mesh stays sharp, and the darker olive patches keep clear edges. This is the version to pick if you want the reptile-skin look exactly as it was painted.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, handguard, magazine, pistol grip and stock are all sprayed olive with a fine yellow-green mesh that forms a scale-like texture. Darker olive patches run across the body and break up the mesh in a loose camouflage shape. The scope and its mount carry the same pattern, while the barrel and muzzle device stay dark and unpainted. On worn copies the paint goes first from the ribs of the handguard, the edges of the magazine, the stock butt and other raised parts, leaving bare metal showing through the mesh.

The mesh and camouflage patches are intact on every part of the rifle. Edges of the handguard ribs, magazine and stock keep their full paint. In game the yellow-green scale texture reads evenly at any distance. Nothing on the weapon looks worn.
