Skin overview

This Covert AK-47 is built around strong contrast: warm orange and gold on the body, a cool blue Jinn rising from the magazine. Well-Worn copies show clear patches of bare metal on the magazine, stock edges and handguard, and the Jinn's thin lines start to break up. The rifle keeps its orange-blue silhouette but takes on a rough, used look.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The receiver, handguard and stock are covered in a bright orange-red base with olive-gold flame shapes running along them. The blue Jinn is painted on the magazine and continues above it onto the receiver, drawn with thin white line work, while the magazine itself shifts from orange at the bottom to blue towards the front.

Patches of bare metal open up on the magazine, the stock edges and the handguard, and the receiver shows wear on its raised parts. The Jinn's line work is broken in several places and the gold flames have lost most of their sheen. In game the colours look patchy, though the orange body and blue magazine are still recognisable.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

The float of Souvenir AK-47 | Consequence of the Jinn ranges from 0 to 1; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 7% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir AK-47 | Consequence of the Jinn belongs to The Arabesque Collection, which holds 17 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, orange and blue stickers match the skin's palette, and holo or foil gold pieces echo the glossy flames. Placements on the receiver and stock suit it best, since the magazine already carries the Jinn and gets crowded easily.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the float position within the wear grade, since the full float range means the cleanest and dirtiest copies of one grade differ noticeably.
  • Inspect the magazine closely, as its edges and the Jinn artwork on it show wear first.
  • Check the gold flames on the receiver and stock for lost sheen on lower grades.
  • Look at applied stickers and the name tag, as they change how the busy artwork reads.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Budget buyers who want the recognisable colours at a lower grade.
  • Players who like a rough, used rifle look.
  • A compromise for those who value the silhouette over clean details.
