Skin overview

Hydroponic is a green bamboo-themed AK-47 finish with red-brown wood, and in Battle-Scarred it takes on a heavily used character. Much of the metallic green is gone from the edges and raised parts, leaving large patches of bare metal. It is the cheapest way to get the colour scheme, mainly carried by the wood and the remaining green.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The front sight, gas tube and the metal around the handguard are coated in bright anodized green with a metallic sheen. The receiver is pale grey-green with a bamboo leaf motif in green and light streaks running across the dust cover, plus a small red mark on its side.

Most of the anodized green is gone from the edges and raised parts, leaving the front end largely silver. The receiver shows heavy scuffing, and the bamboo streaks survive only in fragments. In game the weapon reads as a worn rifle with green traces and red wood. The wood and the dark magazine remain the most intact parts.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.8

The skin’s collection is The Rising Sun Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Green, gold and holo stickers in natural tones match the bamboo theme and sit well on the pale receiver. Warm red or brown accents echo the wood furniture. Bright blue or purple stickers tend to clash with the green-and-red scheme.
