Souvenir AK-47 | Nightwish (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Nightwish reads as a dense mix of pink, yellow, blue and orange swirls on a near-black purple body, held together by the deer motif. In Field-Tested, scuffs appear along edges and raised parts, yet the busy pattern hides much of the wear at normal distance. This grade keeps the recognisable neon look at a more modest level of condition.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The base of the whole rifle is a dark purple, almost black, covered in neon swirls of pink, magenta, yellow, cyan, blue and orange with a pearlescent sheen. The receiver carries the main motif, a cyan and blue deer head drawn in flowing lines, surrounded by tight spirals.

Scuffs become visible on the magazine edges, the top edges of the receiver and the rear of the stock, and some swirl lines there look dull. The deer head is mostly intact, with possible light marks near its outer lines. At normal distance the rifle still reads as bright neon, because the pattern breaks up the scratches. The handguard and the centre of the stock usually stay clean.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Nightwish is 0–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (23% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holographic and neon stickers in pink, cyan or yellow fit the artwork and blend into the swirls. Dark or purple stickers placed on the handguard or near the magazine keep the deer head on the receiver uncovered.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as a low float in a grade shows noticeably less damage on the magazine and edges.
• Look closely at the deer head on the receiver, since it is the central motif and the most visible part in first person.
• Inspect the bottom and front edges of the magazine, as they wear first on this finish.
• Check whether applied stickers or a name tag suit the neon artwork, because they cannot be moved to another item.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Players who want the recognisable neon look for everyday matches.
• Buyers who accept edge scuffs because the busy pattern hides them.
• A practical entry to the skin with most of the artwork intact.
