Souvenir AK-47 | Nightwish (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The rifle is covered in neon spirals, with a cyan deer head on the receiver and dreamcatchers with hanging feathers on the stock and magazine. Minimal Wear keeps that busy, glowing look almost untouched, and the few marks stay on edges you rarely look at. It is a sensible choice when you want a near-clean finish without paying for the top grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The base of the whole rifle is a dark purple, almost black, covered in neon swirls of pink, magenta, yellow, cyan, blue and orange with a pearlescent sheen. The receiver carries the main motif, a cyan and blue deer head drawn in flowing lines, surrounded by tight spirals.

Small specks of wear can appear on the bottom edge of the magazine and along the muzzle end. The receiver, the deer head and the stock artwork stay clean. In first person the difference from Factory New is hard to notice, as the dense swirls hide tiny marks. The pearlescent sheen remains even across the gun.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Nightwish is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Holographic and neon stickers in pink, cyan or yellow fit the artwork and blend into the swirls. Dark or purple stickers placed on the handguard or near the magazine keep the deer head on the receiver uncovered.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as a low float in a grade shows noticeably less damage on the magazine and edges.
• Look closely at the deer head on the receiver, since it is the central motif and the most visible part in first person.
• Inspect the bottom and front edges of the magazine, as they wear first on this finish.
• Check whether applied stickers or a name tag suit the neon artwork, because they cannot be moved to another item.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

• Players who want an almost clean look that reads the same as Factory New in first person.
• Sticker crafters looking for a near-clean base at a lower grade.
• A balanced pick between appearance and cost.
