Skin overview

This AK-47 is defined by its dark, monochrome look and the textured grid on the magazine and handguard. In Field-Tested the black paint starts to give way on the muzzle, sights and magazine edges, and those lighter scuffs add some contrast to an otherwise flat colour scheme. Many owners consider this wear a natural fit for a finish that looks like working equipment.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and dust cover are painted dark slate grey with a fine, slightly mottled texture, framed by black edges. The handguard, barrel, gas tube and front sight are black, with a raised grid texture on the lower handguard.

Grey scuffs are visible on the muzzle, front sight, magazine edges and the ridges of the handguard. The corners of the receiver and the butt of the stock start to lighten. In first-person view the worn edges on the magazine and barrel are noticeable but do not break the dark look. Flat surfaces of the receiver and stock still hold most of the paint.
