Souvenir AK-47 | The Outsiders (Battle-Scarred)

Skin overview

Battle-Scarred turns The Outsiders into a rough, battered rifle where large areas of the paint are worn through. The colour blocks remain as the main recognisable trait, while the detailed T scenes and the bus are largely broken up. The result fits the crude, scrawled theme of the artwork rather than fighting it.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and handguard carry a red-orange base with green zones, and the top of the receiver is taken up by a yellow-green bus with Ts in the windows. The stock, pistol grip and curved magazine are covered in small crude drawings of Ts over red-orange paint, with thin scratchy lines that give the finish a hand-painted, aged look.

Large patches of paint are worn through across the magazine, handguard, receiver top and stock edges. The bus is broken up and many drawings are only partly visible. In game the rifle reads as rough and battered, with the colour blocks as the main remaining trait. Only the flattest central areas keep a noticeable amount of the artwork.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in red, orange, yellow and green blend with the artwork, while dark or simple-outline stickers stand out without clashing. Placements on the side of the receiver below the bus or on the clean area near the magazine well keep the bus visible. Cartoon-style stickers suit the crude, hand-drawn theme.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the wear range, since wear on the magazine and handguard edges grows quickly toward the dirtier end.
• Look at the bus on top of the receiver, as it is the main detail of the artwork and loses clarity in worn copies.
• Inspect the magazine edges and lower curve, which wear before the rest of the rifle.
• Review applied stickers and any name tag, as they change the look and do not always match the busy artwork.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

• Players looking for the cheapest entry into this skin.
• Fans of battered finishes that match the scrawled artwork.
• Conclusion: a rough budget option for those who value the theme over the details.
