Souvenir AK-47 | The Outsiders (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Field-Tested is where The Outsiders starts to show its age on the edges, while the red-orange and green colour blocks still dominate. The bus on the receiver and the larger doodles on the stock and magazine stay readable. The worn spots blend into the already scratchy artwork, so the rifle keeps its character.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and handguard carry a red-orange base with green zones, and the top of the receiver is taken up by a yellow-green bus with Ts in the windows. The stock, pistol grip and curved magazine are covered in small crude drawings of Ts over red-orange paint, with thin scratchy lines that give the finish a hand-painted, aged look.

Wear becomes visible on the magazine edges and lower curve, the handguard and receiver edges and the stock corners. The bus on top of the receiver may show light scratches, but stays readable. In game the rifle still reads as red-orange and green with clear drawings. Flat central areas of the stock and receiver sides look mostly clean.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in red, orange, yellow and green blend with the artwork, while dark or simple-outline stickers stand out without clashing. Placements on the side of the receiver below the bus or on the clean area near the magazine well keep the bus visible. Cartoon-style stickers suit the crude, hand-drawn theme.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the wear range, since wear on the magazine and handguard edges grows quickly toward the dirtier end.
• Look at the bus on top of the receiver, as it is the main detail of the artwork and loses clarity in worn copies.
• Inspect the magazine edges and lower curve, which wear before the rest of the rifle.
• Review applied stickers and any name tag, as they change the look and do not always match the busy artwork.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want the recognisable colours and bus at a moderate cost.
• Buyers who like a slightly used look that fits the crude theme.
• Conclusion: a practical everyday rifle that keeps the skin's character.
