Skin overview

Battle-Scarred AK-47 | Uncharted turns the tribal pattern into fragments spread across a heavily chipped rifle. Large patches of the brown ornament are gone, leaving the dark base and bare areas on the receiver and stock. It is the cheapest way to carry this design, with a deliberately worn, rough look.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The handguard and upper handguard are covered with brown swirling ornaments on a dark grey base. The receiver continues the same tribal pattern with interlocking curves and geometric shapes along its sides.

Large areas of paint are gone across the receiver, handguard and stock. The tribal ornament survives only as broken fragments, and the mask on the stock is partly erased. In game the rifle reads as dark and heavily scratched, with brown accents scattered over it. The plain dark parts such as the barrel and grip change least.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, bronze, brown and black stickers match the earthy palette and the tribal ornament. Placing them on the receiver keeps the mask on the stock visible, while bright neon colours tend to clash with the calm finish.

What to check before buying

• Look at the float position within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end of a grade keep more of the ornament.
• Inspect the stock closely, because the mask motif is the most noticeable detail and shows wear clearly.
• Check the receiver edges and the top of the handguard, as these are the first places where paint chips.
• Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir and whether stickers or a name tag are already applied.
