Skin overview

Well-Worn AK-47 | Uncharted keeps its dark base and brown tribal lines, but the ornament is now broken by visible chips and scratches. The mask on the stock and the swirls on the receiver lose parts of their outline. The result is a rugged rifle that still shows which skin it is at a glance.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The handguard and upper handguard are covered with brown swirling ornaments on a dark grey base. The receiver continues the same tribal pattern with interlocking curves and geometric shapes along its sides.

Chips grow larger and spread from the edges onto the sides of the receiver and handguard. The outline of the mask on the stock breaks up, and the magazine edges show scuffs. In game the rifle looks clearly used, though the brown pattern is still recognisable. Only the middle areas of the patterned parts keep a fairly clean ornament.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Uncharted is 0–0.75; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (9% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Gold, bronze, brown and black stickers match the earthy palette and the tribal ornament. Placing them on the receiver keeps the mask on the stock visible, while bright neon colours tend to clash with the calm finish.

• Look at the float position within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end of a grade keep more of the ornament.
• Inspect the stock closely, because the mask motif is the most noticeable detail and shows wear clearly.
• Check the receiver edges and the top of the handguard, as these are the first places where paint chips.
