Show allAllSkin overview
Vulcan is easy to spot by its light receiver, cyan stripes and the striped pattern on the curved magazine. In Minimal Wear the overall look barely changes: any marks are tiny and sit on edges, mostly on the magazine. For most players this grade looks the same as Factory New in game while costing less.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The receiver is cream-white with dark cut-outs and a cyan band running along its top and side, framed by black outlines. The handguard combines dark charcoal with white stripes, and the barrel and front sight stay dark.
Small specks may appear on the lower edge of the magazine and on the sharpest corners of the receiver. They are thin and only visible up close or in inspect. At normal distance in game the rifle reads as clean. The stock, grip and handguard stay untouched.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir AK-47 | Vulcan ranges from 0 to 0.9; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 9% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir AK-47 | Vulcan belongs to The Huntsman Collection, which holds 20 skins.
It drops from Huntsman Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).
Price by quality
Among 20 skins of the AK-47 in the Covert grade and this quality, this skin ranks 4th by price, counting from the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in white, black and cyan or light blue blend with the finish best. Placing them on the cream part of the receiver keeps the cyan band visible, and holo or foil stickers in cool tones fit the clean graphic style.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, because the light paint on this skin shows wear quickly as the value rises.
- Inspect the lower part of the magazine first, since it is the area that loses paint earliest.
- Look at the receiver edges and the cyan band for chips that break the design.
- Review applied stickers and any name tag to make sure they suit your taste.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look in game and prefer to spend less than on Factory New.
- Crafters for whom tiny marks on the magazine edge do not matter.
- Conclusion: almost the same look at a gentler cost.
