Souvenir AK-47 | Wasteland Rebel (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Wasteland Rebel is built on contrast: white tag lettering over a dark receiver, framed by warm wood on the handguard and stock. In Field-Tested the white strokes begin to chip at the edges, which suits the rough, distressed style of the artwork. The overall look stays clear and recognisable at a glance.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver and dust cover are dark and scuffed, covered with white graffiti lettering that runs along the side in loose brush strokes. The handguard and stock are brown wood with visible grain, the handguard carrying a small white stencil mark and darker block-printed patches, while the pistol grip is a lighter tan wood.

The white strokes start to break up along the edges of the receiver and around the magazine curve, showing dark metal beneath. The corners of the stock and handguard show light rubbing. The central graffiti block on the receiver side still reads well. In game the skin looks slightly weathered but clearly intact.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Wasteland Rebel is 0.05–0.7; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (35% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir AK-47 | Wasteland Rebel belongs to The Vanguard Collection, which holds 14 skins.

It drops from Operation Vanguard Weapon Case (on sale since Nov 5, 2014).

What it costs in each quality

Taking Field-Tested as the baseline, Minimal Wear — 4.6× dearer. Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.

By price this skin is 13th of 23 skins Covert AK-47 in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Black, white and monochrome stickers match the graffiti scheme and keep the receiver readable. Brown, tan or muted gold tones work well near the wooden handguard. Placing stickers over the plain dark areas avoids covering the main white lettering.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as the white graffiti on the receiver and magazine shows the difference first.
• Look at the magazine edges and the receiver corners on the inspect screen, since these lose paint before anything else.
• Confirm whether the listing is a regular, StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy, as all three exist for this skin.
• Review applied stickers and any name tag so you know exactly what is included.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Players who use the rifle daily and like the weathered street-art feel.
• Buyers who want a recognisable Covert AK-47 at a more relaxed grade.
• A practical everyday pick that keeps the design readable.
