Souvenir AK-47 | Wintergreen (Battle-Scarred)

Skin overview

This AK-47 keeps its green body and dark brown stock and handguard even in the most worn grade. In Battle-Scarred the green is broken up by scratches and bare metal on the receiver, barrel and grip, while the brown parts look rough and dulled. It suits players who like a weathered rifle at the lowest entry point for this skin.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver, top cover, barrel, gas tube, front sight and pistol grip are covered in solid green with a light anodized metallic sheen. The handguard and buttstock are painted dark brown, giving the rifle a two-tone look close to a traditional wood-and-metal AK.

Heavy scratches and bare metal cover much of the barrel, receiver edges and grip, and the green looks patchy. The brown stock and handguard are rough and dull with worn edges. In game the rifle reads as weathered and the metallic sheen is mostly gone. The two-tone scheme is still visible, which keeps the skin recognisable.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.75

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Wintergreen is 0–0.75; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.75 segment (40% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Gold, brown, beige and dark green stickers fit the green-and-brown scheme without breaking it. The flat sides of the green receiver above the magazine are the most visible place for a placement. Holographic or bright stickers create a strong contrast against the restrained colours.

What to look at before you buy

• Since the finish has no pattern, the float value is the main factor in how the rifle looks.
• Inspect the muzzle, front sight and top of the receiver, as these show wear first.
• Check the grip and the edges of the stock on Field-Tested and more worn copies.
• Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so make sure they suit you.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

• Players who want the cheapest entry into this skin.
• Fans of heavily weathered rifles.
• A rough version for those who value the worn look.
