Souvenir AK-47 | Wintergreen (Factory New)

Skin overview

AK-47 | Wintergreen is a two-tone rifle finish: the receiver, grip and barrel are solid green, while the buttstock and handguard are dark brown. In Factory New the green keeps an even anodized sheen and the brown parts look smooth and uniform. This is the cleanest way to see the simple contrast the skin is built on.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver, top cover, barrel, gas tube, front sight and pistol grip are covered in solid green with a light anodized metallic sheen. The handguard and buttstock are painted dark brown, giving the rifle a two-tone look close to a traditional wood-and-metal AK.

The green is even across the receiver, barrel and grip with no visible marks. The brown handguard and stock are smooth and uniform. In game the rifle looks crisp and the metallic sheen of the green is easy to notice. Every part of the weapon looks clean.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, brown, beige and dark green stickers fit the green-and-brown scheme without breaking it. The flat sides of the green receiver above the magazine are the most visible place for a placement. Holographic or bright stickers create a strong contrast against the restrained colours.

What to look at before you buy

• Since the finish has no pattern, the float value is the main factor in how the rifle looks.
• Inspect the muzzle, front sight and top of the receiver, as these show wear first.
• Check the grip and the edges of the stock on Field-Tested and more worn copies.
• Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so make sure they suit you.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the green to look even and untouched.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean base for gold or green stickers.
• The choice for those who want this skin in its cleanest form.
