Skin overview

The appeal of AUG | Creep lies in contrast: a pale, almost bone-coloured body against dark gnarled branches and a black barrel and rail. Minimal Wear keeps that contrast intact, with only faint marks that are hard to spot on such a light base at normal distance. For many buyers it gives the clean look without paying for the top grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The body of the rifle, including the receiver housing, stock and trigger guard, is painted in a light silver-white tone. Thin dark grey branches spread over the rear of the stock and the area around the grip, with smaller twigs running toward the front, and the Steam description also mentions birds painted among them.

Small specks may appear on the muzzle, rail edges and the ribs of the magazine. The silver body and stock stay almost untouched, and the branches are as crisp as in Factory New. At normal distance the difference from the cleanest grade is very hard to see. The pale finish still looks fresh overall.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir AUG | Creep is 0–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir AUG | Creep belongs to The Achroma Collection, which holds 20 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Black, grey and silver stickers keep the monochrome sketch look of the finish. Dark designs with birds, ravens or dead trees fit the theme, and a single red accent can stand out well against the pale body. Placing stickers on the light part of the body near the grip keeps them visible without covering the branches on the stock.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, because scratches show strongly on such a light base.
• Look at the magazine ribs, trigger guard and stock edges, as they lose paint first.
• Make sure the branch pattern on the stock is readable on worn copies, since that is the main part of the design.
• On Souvenir copies, check the applied stickers, because they change the clean pale look a lot.
