Skin overview

Death by Puppy turns the AUG into a busy, multicoloured canvas of Pop Dog logos, with the metal parts left in plain dark grey. Because the pattern is so dense and colourful, scratches on the edges blend into it more than they would on a solid finish. Field-Tested copies show light metal along the edges, while the overall colour impression stays strong.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The finish covers the body, the stock, the trigger guard area and the vertical foregrip with tightly packed Pop Dog logos in blue, teal, pink, magenta and green over a dark navy base. The barrel, muzzle device, scope, top rail and charging handle stay in plain dark grey metal, which makes the coloured body stand out.

Light metal shows through along the edges of the stock, the rear of the body, the trigger guard and the foregrip. Some fine scratches can cross the larger panels as well. In game the wear is noticeable when inspecting, but the multicoloured pattern still dominates the view. The central areas of the body keep their saturated colours.

The whole float range of Souvenir AUG | Death by Puppy is 0–0.4; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (57% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in pink, teal or blue tones pick up the colours of the Pop Dog pattern and blend into the artwork. Dark or holographic stickers placed on the grey upper body near the scope stand out cleanly against the plain metal instead of getting lost in the busy pattern.
