Skin overview

Momentum is built on bright colour blocks rather than fine detail, so the design holds up well at mid wear. In Field-Tested the turquoise stock and red tips still read clearly, while scuffs appear on the muzzle, the bottom of the magazine and the grip. It is the grade where the look stays recognisable and the finish starts to show use.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and upper body are painted dark teal with lighter turquoise streaks, while the stock carries a bright turquoise panel with stylised forward-facing arrows. The barrel goes from teal to coral red towards the muzzle brake.

Scuffs become visible on the red muzzle, the magazine base and the ends of both grips. The edges of the stock and rail pick up light scratches, and the arrows may lose small fragments. The teal receiver and the main stock panel still look mostly intact. At normal distance the colour scheme reads clearly, with wear noticeable on the tips.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir AUG | Momentum is 0.05–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (24% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in coral, red, white or turquoise tones match the palette of the finish. Placements on the receiver and the upper stock keep the arrow graphics visible while blending with the teal body.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at the muzzle brake and magazine base in inspect, since the coral paint there wears first.
• Check the arrow graphics on the stock, because they show wear clearly on mid and high floats.
• Compare floats within the same grade, as a low float noticeably cleans up the red tips.
• Review applied stickers and the name tag, since they change the look of the turquoise stock and receiver.
