Souvenir AWP | Containment Breach (Well-Worn)

Skin overview

This custom paint job turns the AWP into a contaminated object: acid green stock, dark rat silhouettes and glowing accents on the optics. In Well-Worn the paint is visibly chipped along the edges and the neon looks duller, which suits the theme of something that has leaked and decayed. The overall green silhouette is still recognisable at any distance.

Item type: sniper rifle. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The stock, grip area and lower receiver are covered in bright acid green with dark silhouettes of rats and forest shapes running through the paint. The long barrel stays dark grey, broken only by a neon green ring near the muzzle, and the front ring of the scope repeats the same glowing green.

Paint is chipped across the edges of the stock, the butt and the raised parts of the receiver, and grey base shows through in places. The neon green rings on the scope and muzzle look faded and scratched. In game the rifle reads as duller green with dark patches, though the theme stays clear. The central parts of the stock still carry recognisable rat silhouettes.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir AWP | Containment Breach is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Shattered Web Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Shattered Web Case.

What it costs in each quality

Among 9 skins of the AWP in the Covert grade and this quality, this skin ranks 3rd by price, counting from the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in neon green, black or holographic green tones blend well with the radioactive theme. Dark stickers placed on the barrel or the dark receiver area add contrast without hiding the rats on the stock.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float in a grade keeps the stock edges noticeably cleaner.
• Look at the edges of the stock, the butt and the neon rings on the scope and muzzle, as these lose paint first.
• Check how the artwork falls on the stock, because the pattern placement can change how many rat silhouettes are visible.
• Look over applied stickers and the name tag, and decide whether they suit the green artwork.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

• Players on a budget who still want the recognisable green Covert AWP.
• Those who like a used look that fits the leaking, decaying theme.
• A reasonable entry for those who value the theme over perfect paint.
