Skin overview

This AWP keeps a restrained look: a dark textured body with orange stencils and a winged emblem that catch the eye only up close. In Minimal Wear the scuffs are limited to a few edges and are hard to spot under the dark paint. For most buyers it reads the same as a pristine copy while costing less.

Item type: sniper rifle. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The whole rifle is covered in a dark graphite hydrographic finish with a fine, slightly mottled texture. The receiver carries orange stencil text and a winged emblem, and the magazine has an orange marking on its side.

Small scuffs may appear on the edge of the muzzle brake and the scope tube. The orange decals remain sharp, with at most slight thinning at their edges. At normal distance in game the rifle is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The receiver, magazine and stock still look clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir AWP | Elite Build is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Orange, gold and black stickers echo the decals and keep the restrained palette intact. Placing them along the barrel or on the stock avoids covering the emblem on the receiver.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float keeps the orange decals noticeably sharper.
• Look at the receiver stencils and emblem in the inspect view, as they are the main detail of the design and fade first.
• Inspect the muzzle brake and scope tube edges, where scuffs show earliest on the dark paint.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, because they change the look of the receiver area.
