Show allAllSkin overview
Sun in Leo is defined by its cold blue and violet stock, and in Field-Tested that tone still dominates the rifle. Worn spots appear on the edges and protruding parts of the body, which gives the print a used look without breaking the overall colour. It is a balanced point between a recognisable finish and visible use.
Item type: sniper rifle. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The hydrographic covers the receiver, the stock and the grip area in deep blue and violet, with darker swirling shapes, thin lighter blue lines and grey patches forming the zodiac motif. The long barrel, the muzzle, the scope and the bipod remain dark grey and black, which frames the coloured body.
Wear spreads along the stock edges, the cheek rest and the protruding parts of the receiver, with some small bare patches. The flat sides of the stock still carry most of the print. In game the blue colour still dominates and the wear reads as light scuffing. The finer lines may soften where the edges are worn.
Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir AWP | Sun in Leo is 0–0.5; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (46% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Gods and Monsters Collection with 14 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in blue, violet, silver or white blend with the zodiac print, while gold or yellow accents give a deliberate contrast with the cold tone. Placements on the printed stock and receiver work better than on the plain dark barrel.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies near the lower edge look noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the stock edges, cheek rest and trigger guard area, as the print wears there first.
- Souvenir copies come with stickers applied, so check whether they suit the blue finish before buying.
- Look at any name tag and applied stickers on regular copies, as they change the look of the rifle.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the blue AWP in daily use and accept light scuffing.
- Buyers looking for an affordable version that still keeps the colour.
- A practical grade for playing rather than collecting.
