Skin overview
This skin pairs a red metallic coat with a stormy sea pattern that relies on fine tonal differences. In Well-Worn those differences are partly lost: scratches spread over the slide and frame, and the wave details become harder to follow. What remains is a rougher, weathered red pistol with the pattern showing through in patches.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The whole pistol is coated in a red metallic base, and a darker red hydrographic of a stormy sea runs over the slide, frame and grip. The slide shows rolling wave lines and a painted figure near the rear, while the grip carries a larger figure surrounded by leaf-like shapes.
Wear spreads from the edges onto the slide sides and the frame, and the raised parts of the grip start to scuff. The wave pattern becomes patchy, and the figures lose part of their detail. In game the pistol looks noticeably weathered, with a duller red. Only the flatter middle areas keep a fairly clean coat.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm 弐 ranges from 0 to 0.75; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 9% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Rising Sun Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Red, dark gold and black stickers blend well with the red metallic base and keep the subtle look intact. Placing stickers on the flat side of the slide avoids covering the figure on the grip.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the front of the slide and the edges show the difference first.
- Inspect the grip figure and the slide detail, as the subtle pattern loses readability quickly with wear.
- Check whether the copy is a Souvenir version, because it comes with its own applied stickers.
- Look at any stickers or name tag and decide whether they fit the red colour scheme.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who like a weathered, used look on a red pistol.
- Budget buyers who still want part of the pattern visible.
- A choice for those who prefer character over a clean finish.
